SMS Opt-In Disclosure

Last updated: July 21, 2026

This page describes how end customers (homeowners or businesses receiving cleaning services) opt in to text messages sent through Easy Organize AI, scheduling software used by cleaning companies.

Who sends the messages

SMS are sent by the cleaning business that serves the customer, using Easy Organize AI as the technology platform. The sender ID is a business phone number registered to Easy Organize AI on behalf of that cleaning company.

How customers opt in

Opt-in is explicit and recorded in the app before any SMS is sent:

  1. The cleaning company creates or edits a client profile in Easy Organize AI.
  2. The company sets the client's preferred channel to SMS (or both email and SMS).
  3. The company checks the SMS opt-in checkbox confirming the client agreed to receive texts.
  4. The client's mobile number is stored in E.164 format (e.g. +1XXXXXXXXXX).
  5. Only after opt-in is saved may the company send appointment confirmations or reminders to that client.

The cleaning business is responsible for obtaining verbal or written consent from their client before enabling SMS in the platform, in compliance with TCPA and carrier rules.

Types of messages

We do not use this program for unrelated marketing or promotional blasts.

Message frequency

Frequency varies based on scheduled appointments — typically a confirmation when booked and optional reminders before the visit. Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out or get help

The cleaning company can also disable SMS for a client in their Easy Organize AI account at any time.
