SMS Opt-In Disclosure

This page describes the Easy Organize AI Account Alerts text message program. Easy Organize AI is scheduling software for cleaning businesses. This program is operated by Easy Organize AI and is used only to message our own customers: the business owners and administrators who create an Easy Organize AI account.

Who sends the messages

All messages in this program are sent by Easy Organize AI from a phone number registered to Easy Organize AI. Every message starts with “Easy Organize AI:”. We do not send messages on behalf of other businesses from this number, and we do not use it to text our customers' clients.

How you opt in

1. You create an Easy Organize AI account at app.easyorganizeai.com.
2. You enter your own mobile number in the optional “Mobile phone” field.
3. You check the SMS consent box, which is unchecked by default and reads:

   “Text me account messages from Easy Organize AI (login codes, account and billing alerts). Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not required to sign up.”

4. We record the date and time of your consent. No texts are sent unless the box was checked.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of creating an account or purchasing.

Types of messages

• Verification and login codes
• Account and security alerts (for example, a new sign-in or password change)
• Subscription and billing notices (for example, a failed payment or trial ending)

We do not send marketing or promotional messages in this program.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out or get help

• Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message.
• Reply HELP for help, or email support@easyorganizeai.com.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and SMS consent collected for this program are not shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Easy Organize AI: Your verification code is 482913. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out.

Easy Organize AI: Your card payment for the Pro plan failed. Update it at https://app.easyorganizeai.com/#/app/billing. Reply STOP to opt out.

Easy Organize AI: Your free trial ends in 3 days. Manage your plan at https://app.easyorganizeai.com/#/app/billing. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
