Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Easy Organize AI ("Service"), available at app.easyorganizeai.com and the Easy Organize field employee mobile app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Easy Organize AI is cloud software that helps cleaning businesses manage schedules, teams, clients, quotes, invoices, and customer communications. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for users you invite.
• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• Field employees may delete their own account from the mobile app Profile screen.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe after any free trial shown at signup. Prices are displayed on the registration page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to our billing policies and applicable law.

4. Your data and client data

You retain ownership of business and client data you enter. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that data solely to provide the Service (including sending messages you initiate). You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents from your clients, including SMS and email opt-in where required (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and similar laws).

5. SMS and email

If you use messaging features, you must honor opt-in/opt-out preferences, include required disclosures, and only send service-related content consistent with your registered messaging use case. End users can reply STOP to opt out of SMS. See our SMS Opt-In Disclosure and Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harassing, or spam purposes.
• Send unsolicited marketing without proper consent and registration.
• Attempt to breach security or abuse other users' data.
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service except as allowed by law.

7. Availability and support

We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Support is available at support@easyorganizeai.com.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time through billing settings. Field employees may delete their mobile account from the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or legal risk.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Pennsylvania, unless otherwise required by law.
